How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 25–45 minutes depending on the restaurant, your distance from it and how busy the kitchen is. You can follow your rider live on the map from the moment they pick up.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Diani Beach Road, Ukunda Town, Ukunda Airstrip, Galu Beach, Tiwi, Kongo / Mwaepe, Msambweni Road, Diani Shopping Centre. Checkout will tell you if your pin falls outside the delivery zone.
What are your opening hours?
Sendfy runs 8:00 am – 11:00 pm daily. Individual restaurants set their own trading hours, shown on each storefront.
How do I pay?
You can pay with M-Pesa (an STK prompt is sent to your phone) or in cash on delivery. If the prompt fails three times, the rider can confirm an offline M-Pesa payment using the transaction code.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
The fee is based on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery point, and can increase slightly during very busy periods. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
Can I order from more than one restaurant at once?
Each order is placed with a single restaurant so the food arrives hot and together. Place a second order for another partner — both can be tracked separately.
Something was missing or wrong. What now?
Contact support with your order number and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. Refunds are returned to the payment method you used.
How do I list my restaurant on Sendfy?
Get in touch and we will set up your partner dashboard with your menu, hours and payout details. You keep control of pricing and availability.
